Despite the growing acceptance of the potential of insect protein as a sustainable protein source for food, feed and fertilizer, the ability to generate volume and meet demand in across the world is extremely limited.  The lack of access to practical knowledge and experience is a contributing factor to the slow growth in this sector and we want to change that.

The course covers BSF biology and life cycles, rearing techniques, nutrition and feeding, processing, troubleshooting and Good Farm Practices. Each lesson is delivered in a professional, narrated video-style presentation that you can listen to, watch, pause, rewind or skip forward. There are also extra tutorials and learning materials to access for most lessons.

Written and developed by Mobius Farms and Fly Mumma who collectively have 10 years of Black Soldier Fly Farming experience, we are passionate about sharing information and working collaboratively to create more Black Soldier Fly farmers!!
