Refund policy

We aim to please so if the product you purchased is defective or damaged in transit, contact us with proof of damage within 7 days of purchase. We will refund your original delivery charge or cover the cost of delivering a replacement product to you. This does not apply if you have changed your mind or no longer want the product.

Live larvae are not returnable.
