Shipping policy

At Mobius Farms we take customer service and animal welfare seriously. We will not ship live insects during extreme weather conditions (i.e. over 26 deg C).

We highly recommend choosing EXPRESS postage when ordering live black soldier fly larvae. Orders must be placed by 9am Monday morning to ensure shipment same week. We will schedule the dispatch of your order to ensure live insects are in transit for the shortest amount of time i.e not sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. This will ensure the least amount of distress for the insects and that they arrive in the best possible condition.

We use Australia Post and Aramax Couriers for our shipping services.

If anything in your order is missing or arrives damaged or deceased, please contact us at info@mobiusfarms.com with your order number & details of your claim (including photos) within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please note that postage and handling charges are non-refundable.
