Kick start your Black Soldier Fly farm today!
Purchasing eggs is a great way to get started. Each gram contains approximately 20,000 eggs and can very quickly grow out to a few kilograms of black soldier fly larvae.

Keep some back for breeding and you've got yourself your own live grub colony!

BSF eggs need some special conditions to ensure optimum hatching and this includes warm temperatures (i.e. 26-28 deg C) and high humidity (65-80% RH) to prevent drying out. Get this right and you will have no difficulties hatching eggs.

Be patient! It takes approximately 3-4 days for the eggs to hatch and a few more days before they will be visible to the naked eye!

Our eggs are harvested the day of shipping and shipped Express Post to ensure they arrive in top condition. A fact sheet on how to unpack and care for your eggs is included and we're happy to answer any questions you might have.

Price is per gram.

Subject to availability.

NB: Not available for shipment to Western Australian due to Biosecurity Regulations.
